REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE- store credit only

All promotional and sale items are final sale

All returns/ exchanges/ damaged items must be notified within 7 business days upon receipt

To ensure proper processing, please include the following: Invoice#, Company, Phone#, Style#, Quantity, Color, Reason, and Picture of the item and care label.

Any returns without an issued RMA# will not be honored under any circumstances. Discretion is advised

We are not responsible for any lost packages for all returns. Using a carrier service that provides tracking and insurance is recommended

A 20% restocking fee will be applied for ALL returns and exchanges. No exceptions

Customers will assume all return shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags in place and in its original packaging

Upon receipt, the merchandise will be inspected before store credit is issued in the amount paid after discount or reward was applied to the returned items(s) (Excludes any original shipping charges paid by you and the return shipping costs)    UPDATED 5/19/2020
